As a volunteer, you have a front-row seat to experience what goes on behind the scenes at North America's longest-running avant-garde and experimental film festival.

Volunteers must complete this Volunteer Sign-Up before signing up for shifts, so please start here!

Once you have filled out this form, your confirmation email will contain a link to the Volunteer Landing page - this is where all of the shifts for the festival are posted!

Leading up to the festival week, we will be hosting several volunteer orientations to explain the responsibilities and expectations for volunteers. Attending one of these orientations will be mandatory for volunteers before working the festival, so please plan accordingly.

Volunteer Incentives:

Volunteers receive a 64th AAFF Volunteer t-shirt, other AAFF goodies, and earn tickets/passes as follows:
3 hours -- 3 Main Auditorium Tickets
6 hours -- 6 Main Auditorium Tickets
12 hours -- 1 weekend pass
15+ hours -- 1 full festival pass which includes online access during festival week
