These shifts may require volunteers to lift heavy loads. Please dress comfortably and be ready to move.

Agenda

9:00 am - 10:00 am [Storage Unit]

We will be transporting materials from our storage unit in Ann Arbor to the Michigan and State Theaters and beginning to set up equipment and  décor. Storage unit is located at 216 E. Huron St, Ann Arbor. Enter through the alley by Mash Whiskey Bar or Haymaker’s. 

10:00 am – 4:00 pm [Michigan Theater]

Arranging and decorating theater spaces in preparation for the festival. A  considerable portion of this will be dedicated to setting up the  Michigan Theater installation.
